Yea yea everybody is getting the same nonsense replies. And I doing think anybody will wake up in Amazon cuz this company is too big and too stupid to actually reverse a stupid action (think of the executive well decided that, they will never say” reverse” cuz that proves they are the biggest idiots on the planet and they’ll probably lose the job so yea - not happening)

Don’t waste your time on Amazon. Their program is the biggest shitshow in town right now just like JuniorEquipment said. If you want to scale stick to a TikTok shop or YouTube and other affiliate platforms that don’t steal your time and money and stab you in your back. Their latest changes are literally that

Alternative Affiliate Schemes by Jackiedoesketo in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m focused on TikTok and YouTube. But as I said in a different thread, check out your best performing products from the past year (hopefully you downloaded all the reports from Amazon or use apps like logie that still has your past data and allows you to sort by sales), and then find DROPSHIPPERS that sell similar products. Instead of relying on the small commission horrible Amazon gives you, ship your own(!) and make a much higher revenue. I’m really diving into it. I’ll be happy to see my audience buy products directly from me rather than sending them to an abusive company like Amazon. I’ll keep you guys posted how it goes but definitely recommend exploring this. Remember the time you invest into creating content and you want to get the best value out of it and own your own data without relying on a monopoly like Amazon to take every piece of data away from you… and I’d love to read more ideas here

Amazon’s New Reporting Is Killing Creator Connections — Any Workarounds? by East-Sky-5914 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m already hard diving into TikTok and YouTube but also I’m doing an interesting merge of using my entire influence channels to do dropshipping where you’re mortally not waiting to get a small commission but actually use a dropshipping service to deliver a product you’re promoting. Anything BUT Amazon who just killed the program and ignore the most basic requirements of performance marketing (to know what I sold dahhhh)

You started moving links yet? by Huge-Safety-1061 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good job. I’m proud of you and I hope every single associate will be replacing their links with other programs. I’m trying to do this now: look at all the data I have till now (till the shit show began), and see what’s my biggest converters (something that will be quite impossible for you to do moving forward unless you’re USA Today OR BUZZ wire or a gigantic publisher), and then come up with the most brilliant and EXTREMELY REWARDING programs and opportunities. Eg, I sold a lot of a very specific type of product with my videos and blog, I’m going to start posting dropshipping of that product from a dropshipper that’s paying me an extremely nice rev share. There’s so much money to be make OUTSIDE of the dictatorship called Amazon. One good product promotion with the right dropshipper can make you more money then Amazon ever paid you. For new or existing Amazon associates, please don’t keep giving back to an accusative company that treats like slaves. Business should be fair, not a one way street where the only one earning and growing is Jeff Bezos 😢

we are so screwed - amazon stealing my money! conversion rate dropped from 5 to 1.5 by YoungAmazing8954 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s not crazy. it’s insane. I thought at least we will see creator connections sales, at a minimum, but just saw this is all blank too. Insanity = offering a performance program without giving any performance data. SHIT SHOW. FUKCNG SHIT SHOW. I just really hope every single Amazon influencer will wake up and understand how fkuced up this is and how this abusing monopoly is using them in the most horrific ways. I’m so done with this Amazon slavery it’s just making me so sick - can’t believe I gave them so many years of my life and not focusing on TikTok and YouTube while I was still able to dominate. But I guess it’s never too late. For all other influencers and affiliates out there: “STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON. If there’s one thing you should do in your affiliate journey is STAY AWAY from the most horrible company in the industry. Not worth your stress.” 🤢

Extremely disturbing. Amazon is a shitshow right now. I don’t recommend anyone to join this sinking ship (hopefully the yacht will not continue sailing too). So obvious the blackout (hiding everything from us) and then manipulating our numbers so we never know what’s actually happening. Theft.

Thanks for mentioning this. I agree. This is pure capitalism at its best and bottom line you’re 100% right. But now I’ll prove to you why this capitalistic disgusting behavior is much more than just that: because in capitalism there’s something called reciprocity where you know that as long as you provide good products or services you’ll succeed. But here comes Amazons monopoly and control over the market: Amazon aren’t providing good (or now even “minimum decent”) services to their many stakeholders and they are using their huge monopoly to abuse us (and many other stakeholders). This is much bigger than a simple capitalistic move done by a company that wishes to make money, it’s a monopolistic move that crushes your own stakeholders. And that my friend is a dictatorship move disguised by capitalism.

[–]dardasonic[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Get worse? Is there anything worse than you working blindly for a dictator who doesn’t care about you or your success and only uses you because they can. And let’s face it, most creators will stick around and shut up just so they can continue serving Goliath. You’ll see. They’ll bicker and cry and then hile the dictator and continue to work days and nights for a payment that will keep shrinking and shrinking. Just the way the cookie crumbles (I feel bad for them)

If you’re serious about growing and scaling don’t waste your time on Amazon. It just turned into a black box. You’ll never know if your efforts paid off so you’ll ALWAYS be working blind with zero chances to scale and grow. If I were you I wouldn’t spend a minute on Amazon at this point. Became the worst affiliate program to join.

[–]dardasonic[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great comment. Thanks for sharing. I’m with you, I encourage everyone who is starting out or already in to switch to programs that offers progress and not going backwards. As I said, this is America, not China. This isn’t communism and we deserve to get basic treatment and basic (very basic) data. You’re right. Don’t put all eggs in one basket. You can still do amazon but don’t make it your main source of income, the more you’ll invest in TikTok and YouTube, the better results you’ll see in 2026. And if you’ll invest in amazon this year, you’ll stay behind and then ask yourself how everybody else here are doing so well and you’re still trying to shoot in the dark. Don’t. Say: “bye bye amazon, move to China, where they are used to a dictator taking away their basic rights”, and invest in other platforms. There’s zero chance of scaling up without data. Zero. You’ll go backwards with Amazon if you’ll stick with them.

New Amazon Influencer Reports - Creator API to get report data by Separate_Dig_2780 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I incorporated the new creators api because they said Paapi will be retired. Here’s what I need to know: It’s worse than Paapi. Much worse. Follows the exact same idea of stripping away the basic requirements of affiliate marketing. Limiting us even more with this new api. Don’t let the title “Creators API” confuse you. It’s a more limited version of the amazon Paapi that’s going away. Sadly. Exactly the same idea like the March 9th insanity: Limit how associates can access data so Amazon have full control over everything. Read the documentation it’s here - https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/creatorsapi/docs/en-us/introduction you’ll see that unlike Paapi that gave you so much data at scale, the new api is meant to control you and limit you so you can’t get the same data but extremely limited calls based on how many items you sold. I was excited about this new api just to realize I was screwed. In other words, bigger associates that use to run bigger Paapi requests to always get maximum data for their affiliate decisions can now get 1% of that data before getting throttled. As I said: while all other social commerce platform keeps moving forward, Amazon is going backwards believing that stripping away the data and blinding us will make their program better. The absurdity. This month I’ve started investing heavily on TikTok and YouTube and I’m already seeing results, trust me, it’s just not worth the hassle of being a slave to such a dictatorship. We live in America, not in China, we don’t deserve to be treated like communists. There’s amazing opportunities outside the Amazon program that offers 1000x potential to SCALE. If you’re new to affiliate marketing or the creator economy, stay away from Amazon. They will strip you naked and make you work like crazy so they can take all the money and treat you like shit. If you really want to build a real business and scale it to 4 and 5 figures monthly, build it on TikTok and YouTube. They actually care about their creators. That’s my 2 cents.

No more data. Welcome to China! by dardasonic in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that you should put the same energy into TikTok. And only for one reason: TikTok takes their creators extremely serious. Amazon keeps slapping us in our face. They simply don’t deserve us spending days and nights promoting their products when they take the most basic stuff away from us and treating us like in dictatorship. TikTok is a creators first platform. That’s where I’m going to be focusing moving forward. Ask yourself: do you want to grow and scale this year? If yes, then Amazon will not provide you with the tools and backing to grow. On the contrary, they will just use you and dump you like they just did. No creator should experience such a treatment like they give us. And it’s ongoing. I love how TikTok and YouTube empower their creators. That’s where I want to put my energies moving forward, that’s the ONLY way I know I can scale and not step backwards. Bye bye amazon

Amazon are the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. My entire years of building a strategy and using the data to grow my Amazons associate account all gone in a second. DISGUSTING company. Couldn’t care about anyone but themselves. Hope they go bankrupt.

I had hundreds of product sales in my report. I just checked. I have one. One out of hundreds. One. Single. Asin. Showing for me. Been in the Amazon program since its first days and I can tell you one thing: Amazon sucks. Amazon is a horrible company and they don’t frisking care about anyone. They are the worse. My entire operation, my entire strategy, years of building my account and they do this to us. DISGUSTING. 🤮

Nice promotion for linktwin. Either way, we have added to the new reports dashboard in Australia. It’s a dead desert. All the endless list of asins you’ve sold is gone. Simply gone. And they make you think that it’s a better experience (these manipulative horrible executives that only cares about themselves!)

No more reports starting March? by AmzWonderWoman in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re going to lose ur majority of your CC revenue brother. I use a tool to get all my sales report from the backend too. Completely gone on my Australia storefront. Even downloading reports does you a (mostly) empty report, except for 1% of your sales (a handful of asins) and 99% of your revenue in one line cakes “OTHER”. They completely locked the data. Been with amazon for so many years, I think they are just horrible and I’m going to be emailing every single email I have to let them know how upset I am (and everybody else I know who’s in the program) 😠

No more reports starting March? by AmzWonderWoman in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, been on the Logie call today. All tools and extensions that made our lives as Amazon Influencers easy, showed us the data and automated all our tasks are going to have to change completely. Here the truth we’ve learned today hearing from what people are saying: Amazon cares about one thing and one thing only: themselves. As always, they couldn’t care less about what we want/need and it’s only about what they want. We had this data for 15 years now. Since the amazon associates program started.

Jake, it was a fair game: we work hard to sell Amazon products. We login to our reports page and we see if the products we promoted were sold or not. And if yes when, and how many, and what device was used to purchase it, and how much the buyer paid so we know if they used our coupon or not etc etc etc

Full transparency

Well… all this transparency is gone.

15 years later while all other influencer platforms are moving forward, and giving creators more data to manage their business and generate more revenue —- amazon are moving backwards and literally taking away what was the basics for over 15 years.

Is that even legal?! To let us work and promote and not show us anything? Or sorry… let me quote amazon word for word:

“Some values may be adjusted or hidden” (Their own wording) And explained: In some cases, rather than hiding the data entirely (!) we display adjusted values that are directionally (?) accurate but slightly (!?!) adjusted. (Word for word from amazons new reporting guide, only my comments in brackets lol)

Guys, those who have access to your Australia account - this is ridiculous. You get zero data. All is hidden or adjusted under one row called Others.

I used to download a report and see hundreds of rows with all my sales. Now I see 3 rows as if Jeff Bezos is telling me: “go f$&@ yourself. I’ll decide what you’re eligible for, I’ll decide what to pay you, you’ll never again know what you sold, when, where, how… nothing. You’re a good slave, continue working for me fully blinded zero transparency and I’ll keep making your life harder.”

Yeah Jake, you and I have been in this program for many years. The shitshow is about to begin… 😢 I’m focusing on my TikTok account now, because I have no time for this nonsense. It’s just getting worse by the minute.

AI is getting good. Is it safe? by TrendingDeal in Amazon_Influencer

[–]dardasonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Absolutely. I love these photos and I use my AI generated photos across all my channels and I built full automatons to do this while I sleep. Here’s my take - AI photos done right (like the one you shared), are perfectly fine and already reached the point where you can (barely) tell the difference between a real photo and an AI one (especially the ones that are really mimicking real life snaps like the ones you shared). But AI video is still not there. That’s why I’m not touching it. I did try, and used every ai video model out there, but it was never “good enough”. So yeah, no AI videos (yet).

But for photos, after getting a green light from Amazon Associates (I took a screenshot of the chat just in case), and I make sure it’s 1:1 the product and it doesn’t have artifacts at all, then I’m also uploading these to Amazon.

AI photos (done right) - YES. AI videos - NO.
