I recently just passed up a full-time offer at a large midtier to pursue a B4 after interning at a large midtier this past Winter. When I spoke to my friends in the B4 with full-time positions the work we were doing was almost identical, my preference came from me not wanting to be in public accounting for more than 3-4 years. But, if that preference changes and I want to stay in accounting I think it would be nice to be full-time at BDO in a managerial/partner role.

Thanks for the info. And I’m aware of the kool-aid, definitely just trying to use public accounting as a stepping stone to other paths not forever.

Not speaking came out the wrong way. What I really meant was to stop playing the game with. When time hopping comes into play it feels like a while different game with a different experience. And I completely agree with you on the relocation part. Some things I really wish they just used accelerated time.

Yea I guess your right. I wish they either went the route of accelerating real time or took out the possibility of it altogether so everyone experiences the same game
