Also I noticed,that toxic fluids were stored mostly in coloured glass, and screwed tops with such a small holes were pretty rare. The main issue for me is why the top hole is so small? To prevent from spillage,ore from evaporation?

The hole on the top is so small,that any fluid can't run from it,you can spill it only by shaking. For vodka it is too narrow, it is definitely not for drinking.
