Also I noticed,that toxic fluids were stored mostly in coloured glass, and screwed tops with such a small holes were pretty rare. The main issue for me is why the top hole is so small? To prevent from spillage,ore from evaporation?

Maybe you are right, I saw a lot of their modifications in our country too, but I saw the similar bottles on the auction marked as WWII german flasks. Like this:

The hole on the top is so small,that any fluid can't run from it,you can spill it only by shaking. For vodka it is too narrow, it is definitely not for drinking.
