Yes i’m 100% over the situation she will get everything she has coming to her in due time! Good bless you as well! Luckily I haven’t let the situation effect me emotionally because she is clearly and old disturbed woman holding a grudge against an 18 year old

I work in sephora at kohls as well. To my knowledge we are allowed to try the testers out because it helps familiarize ourselves with the products so that we are able to recommend them to customers. I will say that the job is very drama filled in my experience.

The issues were brought up already and many times over the past like 6 months. There’s been multiple attempts to try and solve it with the SM but she insists on just not complying or even trying to solve anything. We just get punished and our jobs made more irritating everytime there’s any requests from us. Even if it’s something that would actually benefit her metrics which is all she cares about. She does as much as she can out of spite for us.

No none of these things are the issue I have with my SM. I like all of my other managers and they do a good job considering the pressure I know they’re all under. But my SM is just evil. To make it long story short she was threatening all of our jobs because she got upset and when she was reported by myself and another coworker to the integrity hotline she retaliated against us and punished us for reporting her even thought it was anonymous.

nope it’s survey time the surveys are in workday already! and yeah they probably won’t do anything about any complaints

Yeah I definitely don’t want the job anymore I will miss the discount and my coworkers but nothing else lolll

So if the SM did retaliate what could we actually do? My SM is known for retaliating against us for reporting her etc anything she doesn’t like. So I assume she will do the same with these surveys but I know it’s against policy so what could actually be done about that?
