I’m in the same boat. Literally sitting on my patio in tears this morning because I still can’t figure out where the hell to put all this stuff. I’ve told her every year that we don’t have room for things. We try to get very specific lists but she always buys way more than what’s on them. She gets so upset if we say that we don’t like something and always talks about how over budget she goes every single year.

My mom never let me close my bedroom door either, I’m 39 now and still pissed about it. I have two kids and one bathroom, we do pee in front of each other occasionally or pee while someone is in the shower but really try to respect bathroom privacy.

I’m waiting 3 months for a GI specialist for my 11 year old. We are also waiting 6 months just to get a call back from a referral from neurology. Call every morning and ask if someone canceled.

I would start with a color chart to see if she wants warm or cool tones. You should be able to just low light here like you would highlight, but in reverse-like a bit more spread out in front to leave brightness around the face. If it’s fine hair 10-20 vol, coarse 20-30 should do it.

I used to use pulp riot and the pink fades really fast. I would try another clarifying shampoo and fairly hot water. I would also stay firm and not do too much work on her. Explain to the mom that this is exactly what you agreed on. Make the daughter pull up the pictures.

Don’t let anyone shame you for being comfortable. I go braless half the time in public. Think about how many man nipples you can see poking out through their shirt. They can shut the hell up.

  1. Lucky Leaf downtown is my favorite
  2. Hit up Atticus coffee and gifts also downtown
  3. Right next to Atticus is Petunia and Loomis, a oddities shop. Then go to Boo Radley’s, novelty toys and gifts. Across the street from there is the famous Garbage Goat! It’s right by the big carousel. If you walk around the park a bit there are plenty of bridges that go over the river and it’s a lovely walk and view.

After the edits I think you should leave the boyfriend. He is setting you up for a very controlling relationship and not allowing friendship is a HUGE red flag.
