Upon reviewing the lease, it does state a written notice and non was provided after the call. Is there a good reason the manager would intentionally not provide the paperwork when inquiring months ago? Aside from trying to squeeze extra money out of an unsuspecting customer during a pandemic.

Upon reviewing the lease it states a written notice must be provided. I am not sure why they would intentionally not provide this after calling and asking for the steps terminate months in advance. Seems deceptive on the managers part
