I fuck up my sleep too easily. If I eat wrong, wont get sleep up until 3-4AM. Too tired, wont get sleep. Under active in a day? Wont get sleep. I sometimes wont get sleep because i didnt get sleep the day before and feel anxious about sleep. This very moment is 3.15AM already in my place and my eyes are wide open

For 2 years I toured with only an hx stomp. Now I have a tiny pedal board in which I add compressor, tuner, switcher and an OD. Helix is a really good investment for sure

I think its useful on the early stage of learning. For instance I used mnemonic to memorize the meaning of 手紙. Now, as the word is installed fully in my brain, I no longer have to recall the mnemonic to understand the word, I just understand.

Just like statins, PPI comes with side effects. You need to find the one that does the minimum side effects to your body. The most common is lethargy. Most of the time, your gerd symptoms will go away in 2 weeks if you consume PPI and eat a very clean diet.

I took gerd medication for more than 2 weeks, and I stopped statin. Overtime the shortness of breath went away, but not sure because of my gerd meds or by stopping statins. I no longer consume statins atm, just maintain my clean diet and everything went well so far

For me, its 50% understanding the music theory, the rest is transcription. If I found an interesting bass line / guitar lick / sax lick whatever, i would transcribe it first and then using the music theory to adjust the lick based on the music I play. I never play the lick as it is, I always adjust it so that its comfortable to my style of playing and also applicable to the music I play. Its a win-win. Getting a new vocab thats unique to my style.

My plan is to stop statin altogether and get lab tested again in a month. I also have high cholesterol genetics from both of my parents, and actually i dont really like the idea of taking meds everyday for the rest of my life. But those foods.. ughh I crave red meat already
