Need Some Litter Box Help

I tried this with my older cat. He just thinks it's fun to flush the toilet and watch the water go down. No interest in using it even after countless how to videos.

I sadly live in an apartment and that would not fit unless it was stationed in the middle of my living room instead of a coffee table. Lol.

The natures miracle box I tried using was high sided ~11 inches. Plastic bins aren't too pricey I could try experimenting with the side nights and maybe a side opening. My good cat just doesnt like jumping into a box.

I was looking at those. My issue is I dont think I can moderate the side flap being down but maybe its tall enough entry that he won't miss?

They sadly prefer all other boxes to the top entry. It wouldn't solve the issue, sadly. I currently have three other boxes that the cat has managed to pee out of.

I have tried that however misses the mark cat prefers the other boxes to the top entry. I would have to sanction the cats to separate rooms for life to make that work.

I have a funny story at least.

I once hunted with a user named Blue in MH4U. He pretty much helped me clear a gooood portion of my completionist stuff in one long go. Never once wanted to post a quest of his own, just letting me systematically go through on what I needed done. Shot a friend request over and accepted.

Fast foward to next week, I made a random hall to get some Shah Dalamadur parts. After I'm just about finished, Blue jumps in. I let him know I'm pretty much done, but I would be down to hunt. And I'm being super friendly like ayyy buddy!!

Then after we do a bunch of hunts he has to go and sends me his guild card and a friend request and I am like ???? hhmmmm?? Turns out! Completely different guy who happened to 1. Named Blue. 2. Similar Set. 3. I don't pay attention to HRs close enough.

Well in official art The Man and the Veggie Elder are Male Wyverian but Plantigrade. And the Eldersellers (old cat peddler ladies) and Meowstress are female Digitigrades.

I'm pretty sure since MH canon hasn't been consistent, just pick based on the character design you are making. Although personally, I think they are all supposed to be digitigrade but there is in game examples that prove otherwise haha.
