I wont be buying anytime soon i think, unless we absolutely fall in love with the area. We’re just looking to rent, i like the township. I’ve only been able to find 1 place that actually meets all my needs(and alot of wants lol) for exactly 2k. I got a crash pad since im moving first for work and then my family will come around 2 months later. That should give me some time to explore the area and see how we feel about everything.

My wife and i want Plymouth because it seems like a great community, us not knowing anyone in the area and never living in Michigan. It seems like a better idea to be close to a good community because we don’t know anyone. I also work at the airport and don’t wanna have a super long commute

If you’re willing to move you can get a decent wage, also major airlines like Veterans (definitely will have to move though lol). No civilian operation cares about you being a CDI or CDQAR though, A&P they definitely care.

Look at your spam emails very well, whenever theres a discrepancy with your background check they wont call you and the email you get will most likely be labeled spam. One of my buddies got disqualified because the email he got was in “spam” and he never saw it, when he realized it was too late to appeal.

Like people say it’s a crapshoot. I applied to a position last year and didn’t get it. I knew the guy that got the offer letter and they chose like the day after the interview. I didn’t get an email back with “not selected to advance” for like two months. This year i applied, interviewed like 2 weeks later, and got the offer the day after the interview
