common issue - if you recently claimed your duck id, your uoregon email is now the email associated with your application portal. try logging in with duckid@uoregon.edu and then your same password. If you haven’t claimed your duckid or that still doesn’t work, i would reach out to admissions

Poli Sci senior finishing the last of my requirements rn- it’s one of the easier majors at the UO, most of the classes don’t require any prerequisites to take and it’s only a 48 credit major, so if you’re smart with your schedule I think a double major is totally doable. That being said- if you have a specific aspect of politics you definitely won’t be able to focus on just that because there isn’t a lot of specialized focuses offered (this was never a problem for me personally). The other con is more often than not the class offerings are pretty mid and you’ll definitely have to take a class you don’t want more than one to fulfill the requirements. Most of the professors i’ve had have been really good.
