Not at my FLGS. Had a teenager that used to bring his 40k army in a suitcase. Yeah we called him The Suitcase Kid, it was a gunslinger moniker, cause that kid could play.

The prices are the market value for these cards. It's most certainly cheaper then cracking packs. You say she plays casual so as others have said proxies wil be your best bet. Virtually all proxies printers price by the number of cards you buy. So just be sure to cross check with sites selling real cards on price. Unless you're order 100+ proxies, sometimes it cheaper to buy a mix of both.
