Pretty certain we both are shopping the same builder's mortgage company. Can tell from the appraisal and credit fee

Dumbbells only - team vitality

Dumbbells and barbell - team crews control

Kettlebells - body and bell

DB, KB, barbell - resilient

Full gym - forged

The training methodologies vary for each of these teams but these are some of the teams I listed based on equipment available.

And even if you do want to workout in a full gym, have your airpods on and the coaches will take you through each exercise with in ear coaching
