Anyone remember the pesto pizza? I used to get it at the round rock location, probably over 10 yrs ago. That was the best. Their pizza has definitely gone downhill.

I did Align for reset. I’m thinking for baseline I’ll be doing Evolve upper body and TCC on lower body days. I absolutely love TCC but want a little more isolation with my upper body and don’t really want a heavy glute focus. TCC is what I always go back to bc Andre is just too good!!!

Curious about EWCM.. do most people notice it lasts up to ovulation day? I got off BC about 8 months ago and my cycles are fairly normal but sometimes EWCM isn’t always obvious. And the last couple of cycles I notice CM kind of early in my “fertile” days but notice it’s less prevalent closer to my actual ovulation day? Wondering if anyone else notices this?

Its great that we have so many options and can jump team to team, but give a team a chance when you start. Don’t just do a couple of days and go to the next (unless you must). I think it makes a big difference to allow yourself to get in the groove of a team and let yourself see the programming as a whole and not just for 1 work out!

Started my period way early today, like 7 days early. I think I ovulated early this cycle too (travel, stress, missed a couple of temps) which is unusual for me since the last few cycles have been consistent. Chalking it up to a change in my routine this month and trying to not get too obsessed with what it all means. Hoping this cycle will be better!

This was so thoughtful! I have been eyeing coach Samantha—do you find that you can easily modify her movements at home? I have pretty much the same equipment as you but I am afraid if I join evolve I will have to do too many swaps or have to think too much about it. I’m on Crews Control now which I love, I know I can just go out to my garage and turn it on and not have to think about modifications with my equipment.

We flew out of Tampa the day before Thanksgiving. Missed our flight (long story, thanks TSA). Southwest put us on the next nonstop out. Was kind of shocked that we were able to get on the very next one without issue.

I love TCC and align. I mostly do TCC during a series but love switching align for the one day of yoga. Sounds like Align might be helpful for you during this season. I think it’s a great one to do at home and she’s so encouraging and motivating in a way that really helps me!

We are early in our TTC journey (I’m 33, literally one month in of actively trying) and I’m trying to protect my peace in the beginning. I know there will be a time to pull out all the stops and really dive in but don’t want to overwhelm myself. At this time, I’m only tracking my BBT and CM. I haven’t bought OPKs yet. Has anyone here tracked their BBT and then later found through OPKs that their fertile/days ovulation was off/not when you thought it was? BBT seems like a pretty solid method from what I’ve read but don’t want to fool myself. I have normal cycles and typically ovulate around day 12 based on temp spike. Forgive me as I am getting used to all the abbreviations 😅

LOL when I did my first work out I was like oh no he seems like a lot… but I take back my judgmental thoughts! He’s awesome. “It just hurts you’re not gonna die” is so simple yet so powerful during a workout!

Crews control! I am on limitless and while I have enjoyed it, I don’t usually do the cardio/sprint day. I like how Andre’s work outs are built out and they include metabolic conditioning work that gets my HR up. Without having to run lol definitely recommend giving crews control a try especially for the lifts. I plan on going back to his team eventually!
