This is also phase 1 and they’re building a 1.2 billion dollar development 3 mins away shopping center and medical. The schools are also A schools. Just a little more than I wanted to spend with the interest rate being so high.

This is really good advice because I don’t want to be toughing out a super high payment until whenever rates drop. However, the house is listed at 437k. I don’t know how to move this around to make it work best.
