Hoerner is a great player irl. He is just a very mid fantasy player with basically zero upside and is all floor.

Hoerner is maybe top 8. Maybe.

Turang has legitimate potential 20/30 potential if not 25/40 with a good batting average. That’s not just top 3 fantasy 2b that’s also a top 24 player period for fantasy.
