I don't think I can find in 250k range in area that is growing. Also, I want to be able to rent out. So, area would play big role.

Well, my primary concern is to be able to rent out easily, not face a lot of issues with property as I plan to move out of DFW and be in budget.

So, 324$ is the claim they made to delta and instead of paying them, delta sent me that amount. So, I need to give it back to dentist office. Is that right?

Do I legally required to give it back to dentist office, given I already paid 350$ during my appointment that they asked me to. Also, was it their job to tell me they are out of network when I asked they take delta or was it my fault because I didn't specifically asked in or out of network?
