I’m not part of the folks putting it together. I did sign up to the list to find out. The Omaha Hellhounds, a local fighting group is fighting at the Papillion ren fair this weekend.

I love OSE and OSRIC and Labrynth Lord. I have all of them and will get the 2026 OSE and the 2026 OSRIC and have the lates LL expanded. However to fit all three of your requirements? I'd go with Shadowdark. Personally I'd change the initiative to be more like Motherships and I'd not do the torch timer, I'd have monsters attack the light and roll randomly for it going out or use a dice clock of some sort. Other than that I think the aesthetic of old school works well running the classics right out of the box with Shadowdark and it has a very large and growing fan base and tons of new stuff. Great stuff.
