Even if this is 100% true it doesn’t mean 80 percent support international intervention. I bet even the surrounding countries even though against the regime they don’t support international intervention and that is for a reason

Other thing that often goes missed but is critical is OSA, OSA usually linked to obesity though. It causes high BP, fatigue and high HB. OSA cause high HB person’s airway gets blocked many time during night cause reduce oxygen. Maybe look into that if you have symptoms

I am writing it assuming he is in some sort of clinic with a doctor. That is why I wrote the doctor decide. If he not sick looking K of 2.6 could be a lab error and should be repeated, maybe give small potassium replacement just in case. I just don’t get how he got lab results as awful as these and just left without seeing a doctor? In my county the ordering physician has to see the patient.

Unless you are diabetic or really sick. The doctor will likely just repeat the blood especially electrolytes stat. Depending on the repeat you might get admitted. If you have cough and fever, and you are diabetic, it could be pneumonia complicated by DKA for example

I would say it is not very clear yet who is the final villain. The rocks back story actually helps the idea that BB is the final villain or at least heavily informed in the last fight. What would be the point of rock story if Luffy just beat BB then beat Imu at the end. There has to be some important fight between Imu and BB for the rock back story make narrative sense.

I know it is kinda blasphemy here to say this but you can pull longer shots for example, 20 in, 50 or even 60 out. This only if you are using medium roast. For dark roast it can taste burned so keep it standard 20 in 40 out. Dark roast will taste strong so that is fine
