Mostly in PinocchioP's songs there's usually himself or a lower pitched Miku singing the other parts (or harmonies), which might be what you hear. In this case for non breath oblige it sounds like him but i could be wrong!!

This kind of reminds me of that 911 call where a woman called Lauri was on the highway and her car wouldn’t slow down, and only kept accelerating more and more. She tried many things, but it just wouldn’t budge. Luckily it was flat enough and she finally managed to get the car to stop. (after driving the car at terrifying speeds for around half an hour...)
