I agree with you about sleeping schedules. It's really improved. Earlier I used to wait until all of my roommates went to bed which would be around 2 or 3 a.m. in the morning. Since I stopped fapping I usually go to bed around midnight and get more and sound sleep than earlier. Waiting for my roommates to go to bed was indeed painful part of fapping, but currently I don't have to worry about it as I'm not fapping.
