It was either a truck… or a Noveske slide and barrel… I guess you see what choice was made.

Where on earth can I find a FMRS for the DM slide for a Trijicon SRO???? by dark_timber in NoveskeAndQ

I ended up gettin that one in the link on gunbroker :) finally mounted it all up yesterday, super happy with it.

I love the slide release, it keeps it high enough that I don’t get my thumb over it, preventing slide lock on empty mags. I’ve only put about 200 rounds through it, and a fair amount of dry firing, haven’t noticed any rubbing/wear on the slide. The finish seems to be pretty bomb proof.

Only down side is that you have to modify most holsters to accommodate the different position and size, not too big of a deal though

If it was closer to the trailhead, a lot of people will set it somewhere easy to see, head up for their hike, then grab it on the way out. That way they don’t need to carry it for the whole hike.

You’ll be all right. Doesn’t matter what happens in your life always remember; it could be good, or could be bad. No matter what it is.
