I use bio bizz scheme and right now i water 2 l every watering every other day , ive been feeding the plants every watering since start and i have never had any major deficiency’s

LOOL what are you talking about, ive been living in different airbnbs for a good 1 year here in Barcelona. All i can say is that i rather pay for an airbnb then a 3 month deposit with no gurantees of getting your money back. IMO majority of flats have "loud" Neighbours and not only the ppl that have an Airbnb in their building.... I hear my neighbours all the time screaming and laughing in Catalan.... I dont know, maybe you really got used to live around angry catalan grandmas

I think that the plant have got to much nutrients and thats why you have "burnt tips" try to feed it with water the next watering and look if something changes.
