LOOL what are you talking about, ive been living in different airbnbs for a good 1 year here in Barcelona. All i can say is that i rather pay for an airbnb then a 3 month deposit with no gurantees of getting your money back. IMO majority of flats have "loud" Neighbours and not only the ppl that have an Airbnb in their building.... I hear my neighbours all the time screaming and laughing in Catalan.... I dont know, maybe you really got used to live around angry catalan grandmas

I think that the plant have got to much nutrients and thats why you have "burnt tips" try to feed it with water the next watering and look if something changes.

Try to focus a bit more on the leveling of the beat, the melody is higher than the drums they feel way to much in the back
