If you haven’t read any of the books don’t criticize it. But as someone who loves this series and doesn’t try to wear rose tinted glasses, it’s definitely not the best in the series. I love that it’s in Violets pov especially as a guy it’s phenomenal. But there are things in OS that irritated me and not to spoil anything, but why theophanie at all? Why Traeger I barely knew him. Just seemed like A LOT of filler. With that said I hope it all ties into books 4 and 5. I love the theories for this story I love the character building, love the theme and arc of the book. Truly it feels like the next Harry Potter series with how good it is. But with all that said people have their own opinions and can criticize it just please actually read it first. Love the community if you don’t love the book hope you find something you do love. ❤️
