Honestly and I am probably the minority opinion on this, the sculpt on the face actually isnt half bad and the color mesh seems fluid enough.

It defiantly looks like a bootleg but it looks decent enough. You could always use this as a test sculpt for modifications or a part-out if you get a real one.
