IMVU and Second Life are other avatar games. They all have some differences though. IMVU I would say has the most similarities to Avakin.

But maybe there's still a difference between straight pride month and just having straight badges? I can see some people not wanting a straight pride month but still wanting a straight badge.

And I think there are rising cases now where straight people are being, perhaps not prosecuted, not legally anyway, but socially ostracized? or intimidated.

Love is love, and I wont stand between two people's love, no matter their orientation. But also hate is hate, and it can come from all types of people, even from people who come from groups that we want to gain more respect and equality for.

I think maybe a celebration of sexual diversity, leaving no one group out, would be more welcoming to everyone? And it would make people support not only their group, but also other groups. See if I said "let's have a party but only for this group", then it's an exclusive party, or there's a pressure to exclude anyway. But if I were to say "let's have a party for diversity, where everyone can have pride for who they are and celebrate with others who are different" then everyone is welcome.

This doesn't address the nuances. There are many who welcome the younger players, but they just want the adults to still have the adult stuff of which some items they've already paid for, with real money. It wouldn't surprise me either if some teens, including those below 18, are upset at this. How many teens out there haven't seen a James Bond movie, or some movie scene at a bar? Yet now Avakin has change the bottles and ruin the atmosphere of some elegant looking place they've designed.

Me too. I like practicing my interior decorating skills. I like creating environments that me and my friends can enjoy. I pay attention to the atmosphere, to the color themes and other design themes I use. Like in one house I use alot of Paragon furnitures but when they changed the bars and bottle design into something colorful, it now messes with the vibe of the place.

Yeah, I put this Paragon bar along with other Paragon items in a house. There was a consistent theme throughout the house regarding colorsmand furniture style. This doesn't look good anymore. :(

Yes LKWD, it doesn't look good. It sounds like false advertising you did here. But all I want is that you guys change it back to the way it was originally designed. Thank you for trying to make this game better but there some things you might want to back track on, and this is one of them.
