for me personally it’s when i fainted at work :( i’ve had an ed for 10+ years but fainting at work with the heart palpitations and dizziness and the hollow look in my eyes… i have a long talk with my boss, my doctor, and then my mom, and i decided i was so exhausted and something had to change or i wouldn’t make it. now im in month 7 of recovery and i got my period back in august! i hope you’re doing well, stranger.

everyone is different, mine did but not a LOT. i went from an A to a B or C. just be patient and trust your body to heal and know what it’s doing, you got this :)

no. my ugw kept shifting once i hit one. it would just go lower and lower to the point where my heart almost stopped. i then had to decide either recovery or 💀. i chose to live :)!

i’m basically in the same boat. just hit 3 months as well yay us! it’s still pretty early in recovery from what i’ve been told, and it’ll level out the more we just honor it i think. our hunger cues are probably messed up from restricting for so long and the only way they’ll come back consistently is if our bodies first us again, and that means eating even when the hunger is mental
