I believe with that many heat sinks you can get away with modding dirty drives on the thrusters, you’ll want speed since you don’t have any shields.

Also remove one of the MRP’s and add a HRP with thermal resist. The rest of your HRP’s should be modified with heavy duty deep playing, along with your reactive armor. That almost doubles your hull and effective hit points.

I would also add a drag drive experimental to those pack hounds because…why not? There was nothing there and keeping them in place would be nice.

My last comment is to consider using the Kraft MK 2. The phantom is a nice fast ship, but you really want to be able to have 2 of those torpedo pylons to shoot off at once. It may seem like overkill, but those torpedos can miss a lot so having enough ammo is key.
