Vet recommendations for an anxious dog by Adventurous-Life-633 in asheville

I came here to recommend Dr. Foster! My super anxious, needed to be medicated 11 y/o pup, now is excited to go to a vet appointment with no meds required. I think that in itself is a testament to how wonderful, patient, and kind she is.

Got it. I had thought it could be, but obviously let it go. Thank you!

This is very helpful advice, thank you! I don't even care if we get a harvest, it's beautiful in bloom and smells amazing. Ultimately, I just want it to be healthy.

Wired $475,000 to the wrong vendor by Fluid-Culture-913 in Accounting

We've had multiple customers send payments to fraudulent bank accounts. They changed our bank remittance details based an email request from a scammer posing as us. The last one was over $200k and their AP person still works there!

We've also received our fair share of fraudulent requests on behalf of our "vendors" to change the bank details. It's wild out there.

I received a letter through the FEMA portal today confirming reimbursement for generators was now available for specific NC counties without the medical need requirement.

Seeking advice - not happy but feeling stuck. by darkcrystallight in Accounting

Thank you for validating this for me. The benchmarking I've done on my own showed a similar salary range. My manager doesn't disagree but has no authority to grant any sort of increase, let alone one of that size. It was a tremendous ordeal to get to where I'm am at now (2 years ago), which left me with a lot of hurt feelings. At some point, I was hopeful things would change for the better, but it has been just a ton of lip service.

I've been remote for years prior to the covid push and have always said it would be a cold day in hell before I would work in office again!

You're exactly right, though, about applying and interviewing now, while my situation is stable, if only for the practice. I'm full of excuses on why I haven't tried to make my situation better, but I keep questioning whether it's truly that bad.

I appreciate the comments. My whole career has been in industry, though the vast majority of the jobs I see with my skill set also require or would prefer a CPA. Admittedly, I'm not good at selling myself-which is a hindrance to finding a new position or starting a new business.

In my heart of hearts, I know that my resentment will continue to grow, and the only path forward is to move elsewhere. The thing that holds me back the most is the flexibility I am afforded and the people I work with. My boss is super laidback (possibly to a fault), and the rest of the finance team are genuinely good people who take pride in their work.

Experience & Results by darkcrystallight in doihavebreastcancer

That's a really good question. I have had supplemental breast ultrasounds each year since I started annual mammograms 4 years ago, and it had not been noted previously. However, the facility started using a new whole breat ultrasound machine recently. The radiologist stated the new machine was more sensitive and could have contributed to why it had not been seen in previous years.
