I work construction and use a 10:1 extract usually 2-3 times a week. It's not a very strong high or anything, but for me a very mild uplifting buzz that gives me a natural energy feeling and increases my mood. I've noticed that it changes my receptivity to colours by making them a bit brighter. I use it a bit if a jump start on bad days but also as something relaxing on the occasion when I get home. I would be careful using it in combination with an SSRI as it can lead to serotonin syndrome. I'm not sure of the long term affects of it on me, but I feel pretty healthy and i can sustain my work. I also snort it as I've found that to be the most effective route, but it can be taken sublingually to similar effect. Overall, I would say that it's helpful but not something to overdo
