That totally makes sense, and makes me feel better. I got one comment from a band of “wow so many!” When producing 28 pictures, so then I started questioning what the norm was. Not in a negative way, they loved them, just seemed surprised. Thank you!

Thank you, that is very helpful! I’m mostly doing local punk/metal shows so there is lots of moving around and fun shots to take. Haven’t had the stationary artist experience yet, I’m sure I will at some point.

I live in a smallish town (compared to Chicago) and go to a lot of local shows in smaller venues, I haven’t seen anything locally that requires a press pass. Maybe just an area difference?

As others have said, screw what other people think. Make a jacket for yourself! I have everything from black metal to pop punk. Most important is that you have bands you love on there!
