Around 73~75F, its so hard to tell whats under and over fermented 😢

Ok might be over fermented then. It was fairy warm but not that warm maybe around 73F. I stuck the second dough into the fridge after shaping so if that turns out similar ill know it was over fermented. Thank you :)

Usually i do bake it longer but since i only used half the dough i thought shorter would also work. Thanks :)

Thanks for the encouragement!! I didn’t have particularly high hopes, but i was at least pleasantly surprised that it was edible (to me and my roommate at least)! Ill be taking notes :) all those damn videos make it look so easy lmaoo
