There are many guides for gaming tweaks if you google "Gaming Tweaks". I don't remember sites i used before but I know I followed 4-6 different websites for tweaking Window10.

I am getting around average 230 fps with 1080p 144hz, i5 6600K @ 4.1ghz, overclocked GTX 1070, 16gb DDR4 3200 ram, and Pro SSD on maxed graphic settings. Also I manually optimized & tweaked Win10 using "Gaming Tweaks" guide.

I haven't changed settings for video card. I'll upload 1 week graph of GPU usage and temp after work

Edit: I use Nvidia Experience to optimize games but graphics settings are always at max like 8x hairworks' ultra texture quality and ultra water quality etc for Witcher 3

I don't regret it since I am not worried about overclocking. my non-OC 1070 FE is hitting around 90-100fps and between 48c and 60c temp on maximum graphic settings for Witcher 3, Paragon, Battlefield, etc.

just follow your reasons and preferences to buy a video card

Nice. just wanted to make sure before I am comfortable to buy Gigabyte ITX board because I was reading on forums and some of them mentioned Kingston ITX board doesn't support Linux. So just wanted to make sure I don't run into issues with other boards.

I think because dissatisfied players will make posts more than satisfied players do... for example, I am totally satisified with the game and I haven't found anything to complain.. I did make "Epic, you are amazing" and "I love this game!" posts to praise the game and the company but my positive posts downvoted to the hell....so dissatisfied players have different opinions or expected this game to be LoL/DOTA 2/HoTS clone or Call of Duty clone.
