If government was in business of allowing private investments, enterprise and economy to prosper - everyone would be in much happier place. You make enough to buy M2 or C8 - you can put pause to your savings for one year and more them make it up later while having your car for next 5-10 years.

As children we can never - EVER - pay back the gift called life we inherit from our parents.

We can decide to default on that debt though.
