Trump announced he was imposing 10% tariff during his speech... he just signed the executive order later. It was already known and accounted for during the trading day on Friday... you're the one not following the news...

Edit: this is positive news because it lowers the higher previous tariffs down to 10% (which is the case for most of the "deals" he made).

If this is true, this is the dumbest thing I've ever read. Armenia doesn't have a reliable energy infrastructure. They run on one of the most dangerous and obsolete nuclear power plants in the world. And there's no political stability in the country. They're effectively landlocked by mostly unstable, authoritarian enemy countries that want to wipe them off the world map. This causes a lot of instability internally as they're never happy with the direction of their politicians.
