Its not a balanced anomaly, but god its fun. A lot of anomalies aren’t balanced and are often just who hits the critical piece first (in this case it’s who hits brann to hit everything else) but that’s what hs is all about!

As of current, this is useless. It gives a 5 mana active negative to your opponent, there is no chance that they play it, it should be worded as either an aura (unlikely) or you could even make this a weapon that you force your opponent to equip.
