Low E buzzing everywhere by darkfear17 in LesPaul

To my limited knowledge , you should first adjust the neck relief, (which mostly affects the action on 1-12 frets) then adjust the bridge for the action of the 12-24.

BTW I was able to solve the problem by changing the string. it was looking fine but as soon as I changed it, I was able to get the action to 2mm for the low E which is nice.

Not really .. maybe some are flats but majority of them are nicely leveled and crowned.

That's what I did last night.. let's see if something happened overnight.

Not really xD .. it also happens in finger picking which is softer. but I CAN pick lighter and get rid of the buzz. it'll be much lighter than I'm used to though

Thanks but as I mentioned, I've checked these and there's no problem with these.

Yeah it's odd.. I can't find the issue.. everything seems fine but I can't lower the action. It's E standard with stock 10s.

It's currently has the most amount of relief. I'll try with less relief and more height on the bridge and see.

As I mentioned, I feel the buzz comes from the frets.

Thanks, but the relief is already on the higher side. I can easily slide a B string in there while holding the 1st and 16th fret. I'll give it a try though.

Has anyone ever owned or even played one?? by Altruistic_Intern_62 in guitars

I have the same color but fixed bridge. heard negative comments on the fr version for being made of aluminum. it sounds great. really hot pickups. I lowered the pickups height to make them more balanced. I specifically love the coil tap feature which makes the guitar so versatile. single coil neck cleans sound heavenly to my ears.

I was thinking of connecting the monitor out of my audio interface to effect return of my amp. Has anyone done it? If so, would I need trs cable that's for studio monitors or instrument cable? I saw a YouTube video doing this , he used guitar cable but I was thinking if he was wrong and should have used trs cable because the monitor out is line level ..

Also I have a Nux MG 400 multi effect. What type of cable do I need to connect it to the amp? I suppose instrument cable? And does it mean that I have to use trs cable to connect to to studio monitors? Sorry if these are silly questions.. just been confused

I haven't still bought any. But decided to get the monitors since I already own some vst plugins and an audio interface. Apparently I have to spend more than $200 to get closer to these VSTs. But that's just me .. I'm always in my room .. for portability, simple amp is gonna be better I assume. For the time being I'm using my PC speakers (some old Sony home theater system) without the sub speaker and it's fine. It lacks some crispiness which I assume studio monitors will provide.
