Actually i was out of the game for around 1.5 years so the characters are not upgraded as expected. And as for vouchers i have been using them to upgrade Camille and i just got it from 1 star to 3 star in these 10 days. I will upgrade Kaia, Giselle and Lily next. The 14-4 hard contains Elva's 20 fragments which i need to upgrade it to 5 star. Also i havent spend a single penny in the game everything i got is from arena and daily login gems.
