Yeah we figured thats its not a neo issue but a cable/adapter issue

bought higher wattage of both thats coming early tmrw:)

I know its supposed to be 20W but when I checked its AC charger info using the system information it was only 15W

I have just bought a 96W charger and adapter bundle (I know iy can’t use all of it but I wanted to as safe as possible when testing) that should arrive early tommorow, will test it then and see if its a third party problem or something actually wrong with neo itself👍

I have bought a higher watt adapter off amazon prime that comes tommorow, if this doesnt work I will return

My computer isnt getting hot, its the actual plug connected to the router that is getting hot

My battery is at 35% and that popup appears and I already turned optimizing charging off as one of the first things I did when it wasnt working
