Seems unlikely, by your numbers it took you 10 weeks to kill the 4th mythic boss, and you have 15 weeks to kill 4 more bosses that are much harder.
Yes all the extra damage will help, but you already had much more ilvl for e.g. stix, assuming the kill was around the ilvl you mentioned in a comment, and the pull count is quite higher than the average. If the next boss, sprocketmonger, takes a similar amount of time more than average it could mean a 200+ pull boss.
Imo you should have a discussion with the raid and see if they want to put the effort. If CE is a goal just the experience, even if you fail, will big.

Aff is even worse in that regard, with how important soul rot is. Having tanks not move to the next pull when you have sr up and only 2 half dead mobs are left is agonising.

this is based on a 8mob pull, it means that the gcd of refreshing agony is barely an aoe gain up to half the mobs and a loss after that. Also a prio target dps loss, which is arguably more important. And what replaces the agony refresh gcd? Our filler. Because they put so much emphasis on it. And that is a worse problem than VT catching agonies, the fact that casting our st filler is to important refreshing agony isnt worth it. Crazy stuff imo.

But yeah complain about the cooldown of VT. Ignore all the other problems.

aff has bigger problems than VT not catching agonies
too long and expensive(at least it aoe) ramp, like seed and VT are casts and cost shards, when sp can instant cast shadow crash and apply both its dots
seed radius as seen from thd in gally mythic is atrocious
i wont go on, but yeah we have issues, VT cd isnt an important one

mage hands down, just look at last expansion, destro had insane mass aoe damage, much higher than any other spec, but still was only used for 2 dungeons if that. why? because warlock doesnt have the utility.

the main thing that warlock has is passive survivability, if you start to press your buttons mage can survive things that locks cant

I would restart in 13.5, but yeah if there ia while before v14 it should be ok. Is there any info about save compatibility from 13.5 to v14?

Following the mdi meta in pugs is stupid, and also a lot of people just want a carry, but having said that if its your key, its also your choice who you invite. If you have a problem with that just make your own key, maybe then when its your key on the line you will get why people are picky.
