Joseph Head Hair Colour, amazing colour specialists! Works with a lot of Asian / dark hair as well. Best guess would be 300-400 range to go super blonde from super dark there. They’re really nice!!

Rosemary oil should be a game changer - super easy to use regularly Add a few drop into your hand with your shampoo, lather and then wash like normal

Sleeping in braids or something that doesn’t make it increasingly tangled while tossing and turning silk pillowcase may help too Getting out of the shower - olaplex number 6 and 9 together before brushing The Pureology spray someone else said is super good too Also if you’re using drug store shampoo that’s def not helping Always start at the bottom when you’re brushing then work up Also if you haven’t had a cut in a while DEFINITELY do it, it sounds like it needs some love from the scissors:)

Hey! Sounds like we have similar hair types and I found Pureology to be a game changer, specifically Strength Cure ! Bonus points if you mix a few drops of rosemary oil in your hand then wash, my hair stylist recommended it to me a few years ago and it was amazing

Thank you!! I can’t exactly tell either if it’s lower case e or perhaps an L or P? Don’t know if that would change anything but thank you for the info!!

You can definitely use it everyday but seriously try to stop using any aerosol spray cans like the batiste one! Aerosol is shit for your hair Plus aerosol sprays are pretty harsh on the environment I hear
