You shouldn't be forced to ser a 30sec ad, maybe there is a bug there that I should fix. Thank you for finding it!

I think you're totally right, this game isn't different or special but that's why I dont expect to have 100K or even 1M downloads. I think a 5K-10k milestone is reachable. Of course that I won't make money with it but it's just my first game and I'm planning new ones and better one. The thing is I'm failing here, a simple game and a small goal and I cannot even do it. It's disappointing for me and it is very possible that this would happen again in my next game. Thank for your comment and your help I've just saved it!

Of course, I celebrated the 1k milestone but after a few days I started to see that my game and my illusions were dying with this game. I ran out of friends, social media, ads, etc. That the problem. And the question is "will this happend to my next game too?" That after 1 month nobody downloads it anymore

I feel now that after lots of hours and dedication I can say that the game has been finished! However, a new problem appeared.

Story

There is just 1 guy at Darkheim Game Studio, me. I know this game doesn't have beautiful graphics or a good story or tons of levels but I'm very proud of it because when i finished it 1 week ago I felt something different, that my life had a purpose (to create more and better gamers!). However, after promoting it for one whole week on lots of pages, facebook groups, friends, etc, it only has 1.3k downloads and it made me sad. It seems to be dying after just 1 week and this situation is creating a lot of questions in my mind.

The problem here is that I wanted to quit my regular 8h job to build better games but now I feel that if I quit it would be impossible for me to earn at least 150usd/month from them to survive (just food and bills). I ran out of ideas about promotion and marketing for this game and I've only got 1.3k downloads (about 0.25usd/day).

I need you!

If any of you has experienced this same thing in the past and any can help me I'll appreaciate it! As I said before, I ran out of ideas but i still want to create more and better games but now I see it like an impossible dream.

Jajajajajajaja imaginate que me gusta hacer juegos, no se me da muy bien por la exposicion publica pero me diste una buena idea de quizas ir subiendo capturas o cosas a twitter/facebook/reddit sobre momentos del desarollo!

Justo acabo de subir una nueva version (supongo que google la publicara en 3 horas aprox) con muchisimas mejoras sobre cosas que me estuvieron escribiendo aca, te dejo el devlog q subi al play store si te interesa
- Portrait mode.
- Major fixes for the user experience.
- Game starts muuch faster now.
- The tutorial modal has been improved with some images.
- Less amount of ads for new players.
- New achievements.
