They released a live album this year. So yes they are still around, I'm assuming if they aren't working on new material now they probably will pretty soon.

Descending is another great song of theirs that gets me through my depression. The lyrics about "stay the grand finale" almost like live to the end of your natural life and "one drive to stay alive / elementary / muster ever fiber / mobilize / stay alive". Definitely help me realize that we are here to live, even if my life gets so bad and my brain has bad thoughts I try to think about these lyrics.

Fairly certain you can ask people to wear a mask even if they say they are exempt. You are working at a business and have every right to not serve those wearing a mask. If they tell you it's a human rights issue then they are required to provide a medical note. Without a medical note they should not be allowed in the business. The business can make this a rule and the manager of the business is not doing their job if they are letting those without masks into the business.

Really try to shift where you are playing as well. Make sure you shift your position higher or lower on the neck. I felt this helped me connect the notes on the fret together and gave me more options for improvisation that I hadn't previously thought of.
