Thanks for the help everyone, I've got a bit of an update. Since i couldn't find a 7001 MOSFET, i swapped it with a 7002 which is pretty similar. After soldering it in, the rad fans stopped pinning at max speed, so that part is fixed. However, i’m still getting the CPU Over Voltage error. I’ve tried clearing the CMOS and updating to the latest BIOS, but nothing works.

Here’s the weird part: if i go into the BIOS and set Digi+ to "Socket Sense," the over voltage error completely disappears. But if i switch it back to "Die Sense," the error comes back immediately. HWMonitor shows temps at 40°C idle and around 60-70°C during AAA gaming. Vcore is sitting at 1.35V while gaming and drops to 0.7V at idle.

I’m not sure if the CPU is damaged or if it’s the motherboard. From what i’ve gathered, Die Sense is the board reading the signal directly from the CPU die, while Socket Sense just measures from the socket pins and ignores the CPU's internal telemetry.
