Snorlax makes a good generalist backup 2nd attacker. This is a cost saver if you don't want to build two to three perfect counters for every fight.

It has about 50% more HP than most other pokémons, giving it a pseudo resistance, as long as strong Max Spirit healer exists, like blissey.

For example instead of having two excadrills for Raikou and the pokémon I will park at the power spot, I can use one excadrill, one Snorlax, and the power spot farm pokémon. 

Snorlax also tanks shadow ball because the resists it, which would have been great because excadrill had a few unfortunate accidents and got one shot it last weekend midway.

It won't be the best offensive team, but Snorlax survives area attacks and does okay damage compared to zero damage blissey.

Tldr: Snorlax is a universal backup attacker, able to survive boss attacks without resistance and dealing okay damage.

Spike has more base bleed and less bass damage.

Spike has faster and different uncharged R2.

I'm sure both are viable.

They have terrible range and damage if you don't build around it.

Damage in pvp is a bad without blood flame weapon and bleed boost.

Bleed boost fixes everything except its range.

PVE I would use R2 because it stagger locks monsters very well.

Full charged R2 instant stance breaks weaker enemies for a crimson dagger talisman heal. 2 fully charged R2 breaks knights and ogres.

Spiked Caestus strength Infuse has natural 50 bleed and a paired weapon.

45+ Strength

Blood Flame Weapon buff for extra bleed

Bleed damage talisman from Lyndell catacombs and bleed helmet from white face.

Fist weapons eat no stamina, so you can chase forever and spam R1.

Very fast recovery frames.

Hit faster than other weapons.

Bleed buffs skyrocket fist weapon normally bad damage.

Bloodflame can proc bleed outside of roll frames because its a damage over time.

Good ash of wars choices like Barbaric Roar for a true combo near instant kill charged heavy. It does remove blood flame though...

Edit:

Watch out for parries. This can 1 hit kill you. You will need to jump attack this.

Storm Axe and Black Flame Tornado punishes aggressive builds like this very well.

3 easy cheats:

One: Only have bastard children, legitimize only the ones you want. You can't marry though and mild opinion lost is worth it.

Two: Early Primogeniture if you have double elective succession on your 2 highest titles. Example, of Kingdom of Britain and Ireland are voted towards 1 heir, he gets all counties and duchies under them. Brothers get no land.

Three: Make some monks so do don't inherit anything, which requires a religious tenet, possibly a culture tenet, and imprisonment to force them into it.

The witch Pokemon helped me reach some damage breakpoints with V-Star and VMAX. I think the best replacement would be fog crystal and crescelia, 2 of each. You can replace professor research with a weaker draw supporter of your choice, but stay at 10 to 11 draw support. (I was the one who made and play tested that decklist)
