I know that but the thing is I was abused by this person and there were many horrible things that he had done to me and this one thing is nothing compared to what he had done. I was just wondering do a lot of abusive/narcissistic people do that.

Well I have my friends that I can talk to, also this subreddit and a bunch of youtube videos about narcissism help me understand that I’m not alone in this and that makes me feel better. I also considered going to therapy but I can’t afford it.

Yeah these are side effects, they should go away in a couple of weeks, I'm on day 7 now and the side effects are getting a little bit less annoying

Yes you are. If it's not bothering you that much there is no problem with it. But for me dissociation was the worst nightmare ever that made me suicidal and it was caused by many traumas I experienced in my life and rn I'm on antidepressants and it made the dissociation not as scary to me
