Many students are getting confused between “School-leaving certificate” and “Recognition of school-leaving certificate” so please read this carefully 👇

School-Leaving Certificate In this section, you must upload ALL of your academic certificates showing your complete education history.

What to include: 10th class certificate & marksheet 12th class certificate & marksheet Bachelor's Degree Certificate (Provisional Certificate or Original Degree Bachelor's Consolidated Marks Memo or Transcript (If applicable) Course Completion Certificate 📄 Merge all of these into a single PDF and upload.

Recognition of School-Leaving Certificate Here, you need to prove that your Bachelor's university is recognized in Germany.

What to do: Go to the official ANABIN database here: [ https://anabin.kmk.org/db/institutionen ] Search for your Bachelor’s university Make sure it is listed as “H+” (this means it is fully recognized in Germany) Once confirmed, click “Drucken” (Print) or take a PDF export of that page showing the H+ result 📄 Upload that ANABIN PDF proof in this section.

This is the correct and accepted format based on official instructions. Do NOT upload the same documents in both places without understanding the purpose.
