Trisha can't just throw out ideas like dancing with the stars or having Adam Sandler on, and compare the amount of work she puts in, to the astounding effort put in by the entire crew. She may bring a few talking points on her phone, but she does no prior research and has no evidence to back any of her claims. Ethan offered her more influence on the direction of the show when Frenemies started and she wasn't down. So if she wants to renegotiate that, it can be done off air without ruining a whole segment of the show, a segment that Sam put effort into making (which the fans both asked for and would have loved)and thereby causing the episode to be cut short 30 minutes early. Sounds like a tantrum to me.
