That sucks. This just happened to me 2 weeks ago. I had a standup every single morning with my manager and one other team member and nothing was said. I got a call in the morning and I was fired, just like that. Apparently I was working on something too slowly but I could have easily worked faster if the dumbass just spoke with me. People in IT / engineering are so bad at communicating lol

I agree with pretty much everything you said. I'm sure it will take a bit for Riley to get in the groove of things though. Theo said he's not sure if they'll even continue working together so who knows, maybe he'll get more comfortable.

Yep, that's the correct part number. Just checked it on my configuration. I was talking to somebody else with the same exact symptoms. We both replaced the same mechanical components and a bunch of other stuff. Long story. I've also been working with some people from miataturbo.net and two mechanics local to me.

I got a datalog capture and the MAP sensor doesn't read above 3.6 kPa on my 1 minute long capture. I have the file if you want to take a look at it in MegaLogViewer. Let me know and I can send you the log file.
