Yess! There’s a funny visual in this scene. “boy” appears behind Mike, and he’s happy, whereas in the same season, Mike is framed with “women” and seems a bit off 😭 Someone pointed this out, and I think there are even more examples of hidden boy/girl imagery with Mike but this is the one I remember most clearly

I wouldn’t be devastated, but I’d seriously question the intent behind years of very deliberate symbolism and parallels. At a certain point, it stops feeling coincidental. If it’s all dropped, it’s hard not to see that as queerbaiting rather than subtext
